SUPERFLOURS products with Hemp Flour are produced from industrial hemp seeds and don’t have the psychotropic substances that characterize the cannabis plant!

The Hemp seeds are considered a complete food, high in protein, fibre, and Omega 3 fats, while they also contain phosphorus, potassium and magnesium.

Hemp protein is fully absorbable and complete as it has all 10 essential amino acids the body needs. Unlike other vegetable proteins, it is hypoallergenic and contains no vegetable acids.

GRAPE EXTRACT

SUPERFLOURS with Grape Extract contains the antioxidant elements anthocyanins, proanthocyanidins and phenols that exhibit strong antioxidant activity.

Grape extract, as shown in many published studies by the Research Team of the Professor of Biochemistry-Biotechnology, University of Thessaly Dr. Dimitris Kouretas, proved to have strong antioxidant activity, which was confirmed in clinical studies.

According to the results of the clinical studies, the antioxidant elements contained in the extract can help the blood vessels to function properly, neutralizing free radicals. The same antioxidant activity is maintained unaltered in the finished product after baking.
